Shipping policy

We generally ship orders for in-stock items the same day for orders received before 1:00 pm (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship the following business day (Sorry, but weekends don't count). Same-day shipping is NOT guaranteed. Shipping time may be extended during holiday seasons.

We use USPS and UPS as our preferred carriers, and larger orders may require a signature upon delivery, so be prepared! Tracking information is provided as soon as your package has been prepared for shipment. However, the tracking information on the carrier's site will not update until the package has been picked up. NOTE: It is not uncommon for USPS to accept packages without scanning them into their system. In this case, tracking will not update until delivery. We don't like this any more than you do, but this is beyond our control, so your patience is appreciated. 

We do not offer expedited shipping options. Because we ship from both PA and UT, we can cover most of the U.S. in a few days. Wait an additional day or two, and save your money.

Once the carrier has possession of your package (per the tracking information on their site), we are no longer responsible for it. If it is delivered too late, lost, or stolen, you will need to contact the carrier. We cannot change addresses once a package has been picked up, and we only ship to verified addresses.

Our system requires that the billing address, credit card address, and shipping address all match. If you attempt to drop ship your order, there is a high risk that our system will flag your order as fraudulent, and cancel the order. Please reach out before placing your order to determine if this can be overridden.
